Kindly, contact your account manager or sales representative to activate the Shipping feature.

Kindly, follow the below instruction to configure needed information that will be used by DHL or ARAMEX

1. Log in to the Myfatoorah portal using your Super Master Account.
2. Navigate to Profile → Update Profile.
3. Click on the Shipping Settings tab and fill the form.

DHL Configuration

Please, ensure that the DHL timing must be between 9:00 to 13:00 and the line address should be with a max of three lines.
